The investor journey.
01
Qualification
Investors and their families are qualified against USCIS criteria, including source-of-funds review conducted by independent counsel.
02
Investment
Capital is deployed into a Frontier America project through a limited partnership structure, with defined economic and immigration protections.
03
I-526E Petition
The investor's immigration petition is filed and adjudicated by USCIS, resulting in conditional permanent residency for the investor and family.
04
Job Creation & I-829
Once required jobs are created and sustained, the conditions on residency are removed via the I-829 petition, resulting in unconditional green cards.
