Frontier America is a newly established Regional Center, founded on a straightforward premise: that a disciplined, institutionally-minded developer, deeply committed to a single region, can create outsized value for both capital partners and communities.
We manage every phase of the investment lifecycle — sourcing, capitalization, development, operations, and exit — with a small team of senior professionals drawn from private equity, hospitality, and civic leadership.
Our inaugural development — a flagged hotel in Ruston, Louisiana — is now entering pre-construction on an approximately 36-month schedule, and is the first expression of a long-term regional thesis.
